Vitamin calcium is commonly sold with magnesium mixed into it, cause the magnesium helps the calcium, get absorbed, well. A carefull study on internet , of maybe 20 pages of typing would reveal the proof that magnesium , helps all vitamins get absorbed and therefore all nutrition be absorbed. Because the magnesium does this, it technically enables you to eat less volume in food, to gain the same amount of moderate nutrition.
