One of my brother's use to work in hospitals. He said that when someone came in with food lodged inside them, staff usually referred to them as 'vegetarians'.
Even worse was the woman who came in bleeding as she used barbed wire and as you could imagine, did herself a lot of damage.

YES! It's safe! Count them to make sure you got them all. The worst that can happen, outside of forgetting one, would be that it might upset her natural chemical balance and possibly cause a yeast infection. But I say GO FOR IT!! Sounds like fun!
