Penis enlargement method. I have no experience with this but you should read about it - generally, reports are not good in terms of effectiveness. Also in the link above says may caus epermanent tissue damage etc. I would read up about it first before trying anything.

It does work, with the caveat that results may take serious time in coming. There are forums for things like jelqing, hanging, clamping, O-bends, and other things one can do. Keep in mind that some may see come small results in as little as a month, others 6 months...further, the increase in volume is not the same among everyone. Some get better gains than others.
Some detractors will refer to the fact that the penis is not a muscle, which is entirely true. But just as people who wear uber-heavy earrings will have their ear lobes stretched and women in African cultures have rings around their necks stacked so high that their necks are stretched....so, too, is the penis malleable. I mean, c'mon, it's probably the stretch-y-est thing on our male bodies.
I've done it for 3 years and can attest to it's effectiveness, although I've broken from the highly typical methodologies and use variations which are more effective. If, and I mean IF you stick to it consistently, change up intensity as you go, and don't get discouraged if you dick doesn't gain 5 inches in a month, you will get gains...real gains.
I'm not one of the bigger gainers, but I would say I've added about 1" in length and about 1/2" in girth circumference...and that's not having changed my routine in 2 years to up the intensity, so my gains stopped. I could do more, and gain more, but I pretty much only do 'maintainence' or 'cementing' gains....
If you want some absolutely excellent resources with regard to online communities where everyone open shares, discusses, and records their methods and gains, (often called PE 'journeys' where they'll take pics every so often of their units next to a tape measure so you can literally track their progress) PM me. I, too, used to be skeptical and think everyone else is right and there's no way.

I know this is redundant, but in about a year and low change, I gained about 1" in length and 1/2" in girth. I was about 7" long, now 8", used to be around 5" in girth (at thickest point) and am now about 5.5"...total volume of 35 cubic inches to approx 44 cubic inches, a gain of about 25% in total volume...but I didn't just do jelqing. I did warm-up, warm-down, strecthing, jelqing (with a home made jelqing tool, didn't just use my hands), and clamping with some O-bends.
After a year and a half, I stopped increasing the intensity and reps and just stuck with the same routine dialed down slightly so as to maintain.
Keep in mind that, while everyone is different, there seems to be a trend among most guys that indicates jelqing will give primarily girth, and not as much length. (This does vary, though)
PE (not premature ejac, but penis enlargment) is something that has boosted my self-esteem significantly...as many guys know (privately), we are deeply moved by our penile self-image. My life is quite different knowing that I'm larger than I was...I don't feel the need to be the biggest guy in the room, because even if I'm not, I'm plenty big enough...and that's what's so liberating for me. It frees me from worrying about it at all.
Okay, I'll stop babbling. If anyone wants me to post pics, explanations of anything like my home-made jelq device and clamps, (which work AWESOME) I'll be happy to...but I'm not gonna do it and look like a geek because no one wants it.

In the following pic, I removed the rollers (easily done) and inserted them into the insulation...I also added a layer or two of duct tape around the rollers to ensure a snug fit...this isn't always necessary.
Here is the finished contraption...I use this as opposed to my hands when jelqing...it's a more intense method and requires fewer reps.
I also do 'clamping', which isn't for someone who just started PE. I followed advice and waited 6 months before doing this, and once I started I know why they told me to wait. The stretch is intense....Gaining girth thru clamping is basically self-induced slight priapism, which as been shown in cases where it occurred accidentally or unintentionally to result in incredible increases in penis volume over time. Basically get a cable clamp and cut a 1/2" or so strip of computer mouse pad. Wrap that strip around your unit and clamp at the base. Even with this, I incorporate another usually hand-completed exercise called 'O-bends' while I'm clamped. Explosive girth gains...
I don't endorse anyone following my particular routine or even engaging in PE exercises without reading up on it, familiarizing themselves with it, consulting a doctor, etc, etc,...there are also many forums that I can happily provide via PM that have innumerable exercises and methods of improving penial issues such as unsatisfactory girth, length, curvature, premature ejaculation, etc.

That could be true, depending on what's desired. Something like exercises to increase stamina to fight premature ejaculation (male kegels) can be done at one's desk at work with no one knowing. A beginner's regimen will be 15-20 minutes...intermediate 30-45 minutes...balls-out advanced would be an hour or so. Not everyone goes on to be advanced because all they really want is a little more length or a little more girth, or something. But yes, to get substantial results, you're looking at 30-45 minutes every other day for 6 months to a year.
While some may not even see any at all.
The general consensus on the PE forums is that this is quite rare if someone gives it 30-45 minutes every other day for 6 months. Some guys will gain TONS, others gain 'some'. There are guys that can show pics of the same dick in 2007 being 5.5" long and being 8.25" in 2010. That's 3 years, which is a long time...but for 2.75" in length, going from average to among the 'elite' is well worth it. But many guys will do it for a year, gain in inch, and wont get any more for the next two years.....Again, it is atypical that a guy will do it properly for 6 months and not have measurable gains, but it does happen.
I'm only posting all this stuff in hopes that some out there who are deeply discouraged about themselves over thus issue can benefit from it. I will come out an admit that I was for some time. Not anymore, though.

I have recently discovered kegel exercises and bein doin a set routine for a couple of months.The results are pleasing,i harden more responsively n quicker.
I get a harder,firmer erection that throbbs n twitches morder.A better quality hard on but not really bigger,much more rigid n free standing.
