Yeah, most of our toys are purple (more lavender, really), pink, or blue... and we have white (meaning white, not Caucasian flesh), and a vivid red-orange one. What are those colors supposed to mean? That I secretly hunger for smooth silicone men of alien races?
I have a black vibrator, but it is black and grey... not exactly colors to simulate the penis of any human race. Frankly, I find "flesh colored" toys are generally kind of gross-looking; the "flesh color" tends to look like dead flesh, and playing with a dismembered member... eugh... Granted, it has been a long time since I last looked at "flesh colored" toys; maybe they have gotten better since then. But I haven't worried about that; I like my cheerfully and unrealistically colored toys.
Personally, I don't have a "big black cock" fetish... and no, I'm not in denial over such a thing, either. When I fantasize about a partner, it is includes the whole person's body (whether I know something about the person as an individual or not) and sure, fantasy partners have included men of different races. But those are based on men that I have found attractive... and I very rarely know anything about their penises because I have very rarely seen their penises.

I agree. A lot of women have a variety of toy colors to choose from - purple, pink, silver etc. But Ive always wondered that when a woman chooses a black toy does it imply a desire to have a black cock? Given all the other colors she could have chosen from.
