-Also, being uncircumcised means that my head is very sensitive from being covered up all the time, is there anything to de- sensitize it?..Thanks, and if you have any circumcision stories etc. please share..

When i was circed, they popped a vein in the process and now i have a small buldge just under the head of my dick. It may even be visible in some of the pics i've uploaded here. Normally im pretty shy about it, and dont even mention it from embarassment but im willing to do so here in the hopes of disuading you. I can assure you complications can and do arise, if the doc slips and nicks the wrong vein, the whole thing may have to go to save your life, its happened before. Obviously such a scenario is rare and unlikely but not impossible.
as far as your fear of it tearing during sex, talk to your doc, there are methods which stretching the forskin allowing it to slip over the head of your dick more easily that are completley non invasive

Some just think the grass is greener on the other side. Don't worry too much about it.

You mean having sex for the first time after circumcision, or having sex for the first time as you are? I'm not circumcised and I haven't had any problems with tearing at all, but all men are different. What I'd be worried about in getting circumcised as an adult is losing sensitivity in the head! I would weigh out the benefits and disadvantages and see a doctor (or a few) to become better informed about such.

Now... if it still hurts when you pull it back, see your doc...you may need a dorsal cut or need to stretch the foreskin. However... circumcision is the very LAST thing you do and only if you have to. The head and beneath are very sensitive by design. You can pick out a desensitizer at your local drugstore OR just use lots of lube..... or both.
