I think breast-stroking will work in this direction. Becausee of the special leg-technique (like a scissor).
But your gf should stop before she's able to crack a walnut with her pussy:D

If i remember right its the pelvic muscle that has to be used to "tighten" up and i cant see normal swimming doing that
As for swimmers with tight bodies its to do with calorie maintenance and calorie intake along with muscle building (swimming is cardio but puts pressure on muscles and helps build them)

Haha! Which pool?
I can see how swimming would work. I wonder if Squats could do the same?

I jog and cycle ,but my girlfriend and I just joined a gym that has a nice indoor pool, so I'm sure I'll be doing some more swimming.

First I have ever heard that swimming would accomplish this type toning
yes a whole lot more kegels than what one would normally do during the day
Cindy you must be in great shape - all that exercise has sure paid off for you.
Just goes to show that you can always learn something new. I would have responded "No" there is no way swimming alone would tighten the vagina but based on posts here I would have been categorically wrong. Thanks to the OP for bringing this to light.
