Anyone lossing weight or getting fit..

I have a fitness program called Crosstrainer if u want it it's like fitday but pretty good i just want to help people that's all.. I know everyone needs motivation most times and in a few weeks i'll be starting my fitness diary here on the things i eat and my weight lifting program is pics the while nine yards...
