Patriots: 14-2 Adalius Thomas will be defensive MVP or Co-Defensive MVP with Taylor Again
Jets: 9-7, Miss the playoffs as newcomer Jones misses games due to injury
Dolphins: 5-11, Who is the quarter back?
Bills: 5-11, J.P Losman really shows he can be the QB in Buffalo with his athleticism and him and Lee Evans combine for a very good combo but they will lost to many close games in the 4th qtr like last year.
Colts: 13-3 Lost a lot of key defensive players on a defense that really meshed in the playoffs but the defense will be fine, not a top 10 defense but around 15-18 best defense in the NFL. Secondary is going to surprise people
Jaquars 8-8: David Guraurd (idk how to spell his name) is not the answer. Once defenses find him out he is stoked. Maurice Jones-Drew puts up numbers but stil isnt the #1 guy and will share carries. Defense will control how well this team does.
Titans: 7-9, Vince Young isnt at TX anymore, he cant do everything for the titans in the NFL. Just hope that they can keep him happy and he doesent develop an attitude while the team struggles
Texans: 6-10, Matt Schaub will give the texans and there fans enough reasons as to why they payed him but with an aging RB (Ahman Green) look for the offense to struggle. Also look for Mario Williams to put up double didget sacks this year as he is going to be fully healthy. DeMeco Ryans also goes to the pro bowl as he improves his reaction time and understands NFL offenses better.
Bengals: Carson Palmer healthy with Chad Johnson is music to my ears. This teams 10 wins though really depend on if Rudi Johnson can remain healthy. There is no #2 RB that can back him up. Also Bengals defense surprises people and becomes a top 10 defense. Marvin Lewis know's defense ( Ravens super bowl win is really due to his coaching)
Ravens: 9-7, This team always has a good defense but the offense has never been playing at the level of the defense. Even with the addition of McGahee the ravens offense still struggles with aging qb Steve McNair.
Steelers: 9-7, This defense surprises people and is a top 5 defense. Mike Tomlin will get back to how this defense performed during the super bowl year. Roethlisberger surprises people and puts up good numbers
Browns: 2-14, Cleveland is weak in every area. Enough said while playing in the toughest AFC confernce.
Chargers: 14-2, New head coach Norv Turner wont have to do much to this team. The team will have a wonderful regular season then spoiled early in the playoffs as defense is exposed in the secondary. (Pats and Colts will eat this up)
Broncos: 10-6, Jay Cutler is impressive in his 2nd season and has the best season out of all of the sophomore qbs from last years draft. Defense pulls it together and just like every year the running game does fine behind travis henry
Chiefs: 7-9, Larry Johnson tries to get this teams some wins and he will with his legs but breaks down torwards the end of the season and runs his big mouth.
Raiders: 4-12, I really really wish Lane Kiffin good luck. I want Daunte Culpepper to come back and be succesful. The only reason the raiders get 4 wins is because of there very good defense. Top 10 defense. There will be a footrace between the browns and raiders for worst offense in the afc.
Cowboys 12-4, I really, really hate to say this buy the Cowboys are going to be a force in the NFC. Reason why they dont have the best record in the NFC is due to the fact that they are in the NFC east, the toughest division in the NFC, you could make a debate about the west with all 4 of those teams having potential to make the playoffs) Bill Parcells left the foundation for a team that could be in the super bowl. Also replaced the holder on kicks.
Eagles (MY BOYS) 10-6, No player has more stress on him then McNabb. Being injured 3 of the last 5 years is not going to cut it in Philly. This is due or die for McNabb. If he doesent do well or gets injured again expect Philly to try and shop him around. My Prediction is McNabb has the best season of his career even though having a sub par recieving core (He's done it the whole tim in the NFL minus the T.O fiasco) Brian Westbrook has a pro bowl year and the defense will struggle but Brian Dawkins will rally the troops
Redskins: 8-8, People keep forgetting this is the same defensive line that got them to the playoffs 2 years. Lavar Washington really gains some respect this year and the secondary will do just fine as Shawn Taylor finnaly reaches his potential and learns how to read offensive coverages rather then depending on ability alone. Jason Campbell Struggles but as long as Portis-Betts combine is going expect this team to make progress.
Giants: After see'ing week one. Eli is banged up and a pussy. He came in after being injured went 4-4 and scores a TD on a drive. Then he says he cant come back into the game. If he plays this week it will just prove that he was afriad of the cowboys d (i hate the cowboys and it takes a lot for me to say that) Also who is going to run the ball. The brandon jacobs injury did not look good.
Saints: 12-4, Good offense. Bush makes progress but WILL NOT get 1,000 yards. Bush will do well catching the ball and expect big plays from that. As long as Deuce is healthy the running game will succeed. Reggie Bush a nice guy an all but he will never be a true #1 RB. I like to say he was the highest drafted Punt Returner ever. Dree Brees does well and the defensive 2ndary still struggles.
Panthers: 9-7, This is a very tough call. Are we going to get the good Panthers or the bad panthers. This team has the potential to be the best NFC team. Controversy at rb will be solved before week 6 as I see Foster being traded to an AFC team.
Buccaneers: 5-11, To many qbs who is the number one. Defense is getting way to old
Falcons: 3-13, Joey Harrington, its still Joey. He is going to struggle and so will the whole team. Enough said?
BEARS: 10-6, Rex Grossman still lacks the QB IQ. Benson is a big question mark that needs to be answered. As usual the defens is amazing
VIKINGS: 9-7, Adrian Petterson is the real deal. He will rush for 1,300 yards in his rookie debut and look for great things in the coming years. NFL next great rb. Defense will be better against the pass and one of the best against the run. Season depends on how Jackson the young qb plays
Packers: 8-8, I wish Brett Farve the best of luck. All around this team makes big strides and young players start to take big roles. Not enough talent in the tank though to get past .500
Lions : 6-10, Calvin Johnson and Roy Williams. Is going to be very scary. Add in Mike Furrey and you have the best WR tandem in the NFL. Defense improves and Ernie Sims emerges as the clear defensive leader for years to come. Drew Stanton is going to be a good nfl qb in the future as well, its a shame he is hurt
49ers: Mike Nolan has taken this team from the shitter and brought back the good ol days. This team is going to have the fast LB core in the NFL. An all around improved defense. Alex Smith makes good plays with his brain. Vernon Davis emerges as a premiere TE. Frank Gore as usual does his shit
Seahawks: 10-6, If Alexander and Hastleback stay healty the whole season look for this team to have an even better record. This team could do a lot of damge in the playoffs
Rams: 7-9, Marc Bulger struggles this year and with Orlando Pace out Jackson will struggle but if u look at the defenses he has to play against he will put up good numbers. Defense is horrible
Cardinals: 6-10, Every year is supposed to be the cardinals break out year. Improving offense but defense has who? Ken Wisenhunt is going to make this team very good but give it 2 years.
Wild Card: Colts over Ravens, Bengals over Broncos
Divisional Games Patriots over Bengals, Colts over Chargers
AFC Championship game: Patriots over Colts
Wild Card: Bears over Eagles, Seahawks over 49ers
Divisonal Playoff games: Cowboys over Seahawks, Bears over Saints
NFC Championship Game: Cowboys over Bears
SUPER BOWL: PATRIOTS OVER COWBOYS

Umm, have you forgot that Bill Belichick is the master mind of filling in your teams weaknesses with crappy players and making them actually look decent. The team is good but they def need him to go all the way.
Also on the lines of cheating, PLEASE EVERYONE HAS BEEN DOING IT IN SOME SHAPE OR FORM!!!. It just happens that the best coach in the game got caught. Anyone team will do what they have to do to get the leg up. As long as there is football teams will find the way to get the advantage. Get used to it.

i dont know if the patriots are going to the superbowl or not. i think this scandel will have some damage and distractions for the team.
by the way, i have never heard the packers saying they were doing the same thing. in the interview, brett favre said that of course they look for the signals, thats part of the game. and when he hears the defense saying "cover 2", well he has to decide whether its the real call or if its a dummy call. what brett favre was saying is that it is crossing the line when you use cameras. thats just not fair.
its like playing cards. if i notice you scratch your ear everytime you bluff, thats part of the game and i have the right to use that against you. if i attach you to a lie detector machine that lets me know when your heart beat goes up, or if your body temperature changes, or if you start breathing harder; then thats just not fair. even though i still have to interpret that results, i am using technology to my advantage.
the reason the packers didnt do anything about it was that they werent going to blame their loss to the video. they got beat fair and square. they did tell the guy to stop, and so they didnt need to investigate further.
regardless of other people do or not, bellichick got caught red handed for breaking the rules. im sure other coaches cheat, but we havnt caught all of them. and i think its fair to say that the majority of coaches dont explicitly break the rules (they bend the rules. bellichick flat out broke the rules), so if bellichick was using videos, that makes an uneven playing ground: thats cheating.
no matter how you look at it (other people do it, blah blah blah, brett favre said this), cheating is cheating and bellichick got busted.

Grossman sucks major azz and so does Cedric Benson. Benson reminds me of Curtis Enis.
Brian Griese is the only hope for Bears if they want to get to the Super Bowl again.

I'm not seeing it. Detroit has one of the best DT tandems in the league with Shaun Rogers and Cory Redding. The LB core outside of Ernie Sims isn't great, but decent enough. Peterson may get a lotta yards on short passes but I don't see him rushing for a ton of yards, especially on the road.
