I can't stand Paul because he refuses to develop and put over the younger talent. The only reason he's great is because he's billed to be great. Val Venis could be a great champion if he's written into the storylines as such. Paul married the Boss' daughter and because of that, he has a tremendous amount of pull when it comes to storylines and the careers of other wrestlers. The only reason Jeff Hardy got such a push is because he's a friend of Paul's and received the golden stamp of approval. (The reason he isn't around now is because he got suspended for violating the WWE's Wellness drug policy) Paul has held down and restricted the careers of more than a few wrestlers that were clearly over with the crowds (RVD, Booker T, Kane to name a few) because of his obsession for power. No one man should have that much power and the inmates should NOT be running the asylum.

you been watching TNA at all ?
its not my fav , but really like Samoa Joe
I watch when I get the chance. It's still not good enough to go out of my way to watch, but when I'm home, I'll change the channel if I remember. I managed to catch the Angle vs. Joe match last week. Not bad.
I really like what they've done with their Women's division. Even though Gail Kim is like the HHH of the WWE, their women wrestlers have real talent. I have such a crush on Roxy Laveaux.
I wish WWE would showcase their talented Divas and put all the wrestling girls on one show and the T&A divas on the other. Kelly Kelly, Layla, Cherry, Ashley, Maryse, Maria and Torrie Wilson have no business being inside a wrestling ring. They could make a good WRESTLING divison with Mickie James, Victoria, Michelle McCool, Jillian Hall, Beth Phoenix, Candice Michelle and Neidhart's daughter. I forgot her name.

At least Matt Hardy won the U.S. Title though.
I like MVP and think he's destined for bigger things, but he couldn't do squat with the title because there's nobody else in the mid-card divison on Smackdown.
How long have you all been watching wrestling? I've watched from 1987-1994 and 1999-Now. I skipped nearly the entire attitude era because wrestling got really gimmicky and stupid.

The ECW title means two things: Jack and squat. It's BARELY a mid-card title and what Vince has done with it is an absolute travesty. I'm just glad that Kane is holding the belt for now... unless he lost it at Backlash. I haven't looked at the results yet.

Heh heh. I don't hate Paul, but I don't like him holding other deserving wrestlers down. Another wrestler shouldn't have that kind of power.
I read an article a month ago that stated wrestlers are afraid to say anything around Paul because those actions may come with dire consequences.

Brock Lesnar is getting his ass handed to him in MMA. He should have stayed in WWE. He would probably be as big a star as HHH, err Paul. His only weakness was he lacked the mic skills to put him over the top.
Goldberg is wrestling in Japan. He is another backstage politician that refused to lose or put over younger talent.
I actually spoke with RVD at the WonderCon in San Francisco a couple of months ago. I asked him if he was going to come back to WWE or go to TNA. He said he's thinking of going with Bischoff's and Hogan's new wrestling company. He said the WWE's schedule is too demanding and rigorous. He allowed me to interview him for 15 minutes which was really cool.

I'm also a big fan of Ken Kennedy. He's great on the mic and seems like he might be taking a face turn by feuding with Regal. I love the intensity he had on the mic this past week. I'm kind of excited for him, as it seems his career is starting to get back on track (after the injuries and movie filming).
