Now here's the crazy part. I know her. She lives around here, and she works in the same shopping center/strip mall where I work, but she works in the store that's next door to where I work. She and my manager are friends. Small fuckin' world, right?
But before anyone says anything like, "No wonder he cheated on her," or makes some rude comment about her appearance, which I would actually hope that none of the open-minded, wonderful people on SF would say, you should know a little about her. Remember that my manager is friends with this woman, and he tells me that she paid for their wedding and was with her husband through heart surgery and has stuck by him through thick and thin. And this is how he shows his love and gratitude to his supportive wife.
I think that she absolutely is in the right, and I hope he's humiliated because this story has gotten around. I searched Google and found tons of results, and I couldn't believe how this story is all over. Even The Huffington Post mentioned it. Just crazy.
If you found out that your spouse had cheated on you after you had been supportive throughout your marriage/relationship, would you call them out publicly?
(Unrelated side note: That's the second time in the past year that my local area has been in the national spotlight. A little girl was suspended from school following the Newtown shooting because she brought a Hello Kitty bubble gun to school or "shot" her little friend with the bubble gun or whatever. That happened about 20 minutes away from where I live in another local town (the town where I worked when I was at Turkey Hill, actually). Insane.)
