I've not really decided myself on who I'm voting for..they both have the strong points and there weak points and I'm kind of iffy on both of them.. I was all for Hilary then she lost.. so now I'm still just trying to decide..
So what about the rest of ya'll?? who you voting for.. and whats the biggest reasons behind why?

I do like Mrs. Palin....She reminds me a lot of Ronaldus Magnus....

That man can give a speech like no other. McCain just totally sits wrong with me. I too was a Hilary supporter. I didn't like Obama at first, but i'm 100% democratic so i agree with him on almost all of his points.
The only thing i don't like is his lack of experience. I think McCain is playing the veteran card a bit too much, that's not a reason to put somebody into the presidency IMO. I also think Sarah Palin was a tactic to get Hilary's supporters to carry over. If you like Palin... i don't even know. That woman scares the crap out of me. McCain is old enough that if he was put into office, theres a good chance Palin could end up the president at some point. If that doesn't get you shaking in your boots nothing will.
AND Palin is totally against animal rights. That puts her on my shitlist instantly. I am not PETA by any means, but i do have my strong beliefs where animals are concerned.
McCain completely sealed the deal for me by making her his VP candidate. Plus theres the little fact that he talks a bit too much like Bush for my comfort, it grates on my nerves. "Aahh.. umm... errr" No thanks.

nevermind..not gonna get into/or start a debate.
I'll bet Charlie Daniels (the singer) votes the way I do.
I will say we need to dig up Ronnie Regan and clone him!
PETA......I'm a member of PETA....People Eating Tasty Animals
did you see Ted Nugent on Glenn Beck's Headline News show lst friday?

The gun argument really gets me. I live somewhere, where if guns were taken away, people would probably start a cult to go shoot up the white house. They can't take away the right to bare arms. Impossible.
HOWEVER... there is no reason for anybody to have an AK47.
And i'm being totally polite here I'm a sweetheart, i love discussing my views with others. Just don't gang up and beat me...

The whole NRA thing...No matter who is in the whitehouse, they're not goig to take the guns away. Everyone thinks they'll do radical things, but the fact is, there is too much money involved. They could take care of smoking and drugs, and cancer. How much money is spent on those things...too many taxes to take them away. Look at smoking, they raise taxes on it, but, it's still legal, and it always will be.
My parents have a business, and they have always been republicans, but not this year. The economy is so bad, they thought we'd better do something about it. McCain...that would be more of the same. Obama, I know he's lacking in the experience department, but he will have advisors to guide him. McCains advisors would be fellow con artists that he owes favors to.
Taxes...no matter who's in, taxes will go up. Yeah, they may lower taxes on some things (income, property) but I guarantee they'll raise them somewhere else. The country is broke...Whoever says they'll lower taxes is lying!
Just my $.02

First allow me to say I'm sorry...Nothing I said was said with ill intentions in mind...I'm sorry if I came across that way.
The PETA thing was a joke. In my life, I am a true blue country boy swimming in a sea of liberal's who eat big macs but are disgusted that I hunt...I enjoy toruring them.
As for guns, again in my personal life, I deal with bad guys with guns on a way too often basis but,
I believe we have a constitutional right to own guns...any guns we want. There is already laws where felons can't own guns.
As for an AK47, it does shoot a 7.62x39 round which is a legal round for deer in every "rifle hunting state".
Most people just like to fix them up, or build them (very fun) and go out and shoot up cans from across the range...not use them for violence.
As a guy who grew up shooting daily, for food and fun, even though I work in a big city now...I still cherish our right to bear arms.
Again, just my views, nothing malicous intended
There is an old saying..."When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will own them.
A good point would be that in the states where concealed weapons are allowed, the crime per capita is usually significantly less.
