Wrecking lives is overrated. A thing for chemically dependent folks.

Where do you get the notion that people don't wreck their lives for sex? I know at least 2 guys who have lost damn near everything because they couldn't keep their dick in their pants.
People can and do become addicted to sex. Go to a sex-aholics anonymous meeting and listen to some of the stories, some are entertaining, some are sad as hell.

Looking back in my life prior to my marriage, I spent a lot of money chasing pussy. I'd have had a much better retirement savings today and maybe even a couple pieces of income property. While I don't regret my younger years, it sure made a dent in my finances!

Actually, that's so right. What is cheating after all? Surely, there is a lot of "emotional" cheating, or something, but most of it is about pussy and cock.

There is a difference though. "Homes" are broken due to society's need for exlcusive marriages and families. If humans didn't have such restrictions and had sex and mated like animals, homes wouldn't be broken, because we wouldn't have "homes" in that sense.
However, how many people do you hear of that lose their jobs because they called in sick 10 times this month for the sole reason of staying at home to fuck the wife (or husband)? But people do that for crack/heroin/booze/etc.

Though I will say I think a lot of "sex addicts" are self diagnosed and just need to work on their impulse control. The real sex addicts I've seen truly look like they're in agony because they don't ever get any relief and it ends up impacting their entire life. They need medication or something because it's that bad. For most people they just need to cut back on some porn, or have a bit more self control and not put their cock/pussy out when they're in a relationship or have obligations to take care of first.

I don't know about you, but the first time I had sex it DEFINITELY changed my brain. I knew it was something that I had to continue doing lol
