Embarrassed about body Just wondering

I'm planning on remedying this with incremental changes rather than drastically overhauling everything (a recipe for failure in my case). First and foremost, I'm giving up alcohol completely for 90 days. After that, I'll only have a few drinks when out occasionally. No more keeping booze in the house. I know that my frequent binge drinking is really fucking up my metabolism and hormone levels. Also, I'm cutting out sweets completely.
Once I have the above locked up, I'm going to work on quitting caffeine permanently (another hormone/metabolism fucker upper) and reducing portion sizes.
Where I do luck out is that the apartment complex to which we will be moving shortly has an on-site fitness center.

First was the overall, then the belly fat, then the love handles, then moobs, then the...
Now, it's just that I accept I am the way I am and if "they" don't like it, go away!

So what I'm trying to say is that you should loose weight for yourself, not anyone else, and you don't need a gym to do it. You need to exercise for your HEALTH but you need a calorie deficit to loose WEIGHT. You can get your calorie deficit by exercising or eating less or both. Personally, I'd recommend eating less because its easier, and maybe just throw in a daily walk for health. You should check out some food diaries online. They'll help you keep track of how much your eating. Also, get a food scale. Nothing goes into my mouth without first being weighed. Once you start tracking your food you'll discover how much extra food you eat on a daily basis and the weight really should come off pretty easily!
Oh, and don't diet! The easiest way to feel cheated and end up binging is to go on some type of diet. If it fits into your calorie goals for the day then eat it! Obviously try to get into some healthy foods but if you have something that you love to eat, don't give it up. I love icecream! I have 2 bowels of it a day (about 700 calories combined) and I stay within my calorie budget!
Hope this helps! Good luck!

That said, am I happy with body? No. Am I embarrassed about it? No. It's sort of like this: I wouldn't post of picture of me saying, "Am I hot or what?" but I would post a casual picture in the right place.
I'm not saying nudism is for everybody... well, actually, I am.
It's really something everybody should experience once... and I would especially suggest a local nudist camp. Beaches are okay but they tend towards not being very social. Nudist camps tend towards meeting people and goofing around in very casual ways... while everybody's naked. That's the enlightening part.

I agree! Everyone should try it. Nudists are very courteous in regards to the bodies of other people.

Otherwise, what I am insecure about is my face. That's the physical part of myself I hate. And given my lack of success dating, I have every reason to.
So no. I never take pictures, least not with my face. Unless I do it professionally with tons of make-up + some good photoshopping. Had my grandmother who wanted to take my pic to have in her phone. She got a "no" to that.

I have to really watch what I eat or I will gain a pound easy, I eat 3-4oz of meat and the rest are veggies, very little potatoes or none at all. If you have a bad day, and its normal, just eat better the next day. Message me if you want, we can help and support each other.
