Was she flirting or working?

In all probability, she was just working for a bigger tip. You know damn well you tipped her pretty well, too. You're on here publicly deliberating whether she was really into you or not...and we both know if a guy thinks a chick might be into him, he's not going to give her a shabby or mediocre tip. And I'm not judging...I'd have done the same thing if I were in your shoes, too.
Of course I don't know the chick and I can't read her mind, so there's a small chance she might've really dug you....but let's be honest...it's far more likely she was working for the tip. If you and I were chicks, we'd do the same thing.
......well...I know I would.

hopefully, this version is easier to read: (thanks for the response)
I play a lot of poker.
The dealers work on tips, so everything they say has to be taken with that in mind.
There were multiple signs I was being flirted with by a younger dealer tonight:
First, I jokingly said, 'Why don't you like me?' when she dealt me bad cards a couple of hands in a row. I was sititng to her left.
She laughed and said 'I adore you.' Interesting choice of words, right?
The rest of the half hour at the table included her putting her hand on my forearm twice, her mentioning that she liked men who wore glasses (of course, I wear glasses), her saying 'To be clear, I am not a lesbian' because someone had thought the other night that she might be.
Might be forgetting something else but that's the crux of the half hour.
Should I pursue this? Or was she merely helping her add to her tips and I am going to look like a fool (she's probably 15 years younger than me).
