The Fitbit tracks steps, stairs, level of activity in those, calorie count, and with the app you can log other activities like cycling, kayaking, food intake, sleep patterns, etc. The average in America is just about 5000 steps a day, the fitbit lets you see how many you're taking and has a target of 10000. You'd be surprised how many actually only take 2K or less a day.
I do care about my health, I eat right I ride a bike i belong to a spa i swim i jog I work out every day,I have a heart monitor I get my heart beat up for so long,
I just don't give a shit on how many steps I take or something guessing how many calories I eat,
I workout way more then the average person does,but I always say whatever helps you stay in shape then use it.

I just believe in heart rate training,that it's the most accurate way to keep track of how much you really work out.
