You might just need a bunch of lubricant, especially if BF does a lot of pounding or a long time. Lube is your friend. He may not be doing enough foreplay for your natural lubricants to start to flow.
If it is not that...a trip to the gyno is in order.

For my issue I order dilators. they come in 5 sizes. You start with the smallest and worked up. It helps with stretching you, but also practice with working your vaginal muscles and controlling them so you may not clench during sex.
Now, penetration with the largest dilator is more annoying and uncomfortable than painful. 1st time I used it, I bled like nobody's business, and it aggravated me to the point of needed to go to the bathroom. Pap tests at the gyno were horrible, and caused me to cry, and I couldn't wear tampons either. Those hurt.
So, I think you're just very tight, and some women really need to work on penetrating themselves and adjusting before diving into sex. So, I recommend the dilators and working with those, get a bit more comfortable and confident with penetration on your own, then go back to your boyfriend. .

I really think you should seek medical advice myself.
