OK, another open, dumb question: how much control do you women have over your orgasms during sex?
My ex-wife probably warped me for life; right when I'd have her on the brink of an orgasm, she'd push me away because she didn't want to make noise or let me see her losing complete control. I've heard, and experienced, that women can "flip the switch" on an orgasm if the phone rings, the baby cries, the table in the living room needs polished, or somebody in the next room coughs. As a man, if I'm in the middle of an orgasm, a meteorite can hit the earth and I don't care.
My question is what does the situation have to be? Complete privacy and relaxation? Is an orgasm so intense that you can't let a lover see you lose your mind? (I know many of you here don't have that problem, but some of us are not that lucky with the women in our lives.)
