I'm with Scotty here, have you thought about why it is no longer 'around'.
Exercise is a great libido booster.
I am no expert however, these things could be a factor;
*Not Enough Sexual Pleasure (sounds odd I know)
*Age (I hope that isn't taken the wrong way).

So I'm guessing you don't play with yourself? I'd say it most serially can't hurt so yes go for it.
