Yeah I find the same. I can feel bloated immediately after eating unhealthy food...and sometimes you can get into a funk if you do it for a day or two

I am 5'0 and I used to be fat. 160 pounds. I went down to 124, and my weight stayed between that and 120 for years. But I was not fit. My body needs a lot of work, because I have cellulite / bread butt.
I don't think I look good naked period. So I have gotten back into exercising. Though since I started, my weight went from 124 to 135.
Exercise is easy though. The dieting is hard. But I hardly eat food these days lol. A bowl of cereal for breakfast or snack. 1 replacement-meal drink. And that'll be it, except for occasional meat consisting of beef or pork.
I also gave up sodas for the most part, and only drink water or cranberry juice.
