In need to curb my appetite...

I'm a 40 something woman, who's been "single" for quite some time mostly by choice. I'm quite busy all the time and really, don't have the time or the patience to have a full-fledge relationship. With single I mean, that every now and then I may have a fling, which so far has been adequate to take care of my needs.
Now, for the last year and a half, my sexual appetite has been shooting up through the roof, and I know this sounds weird, but I wish it would go away. So, do any of you know of any techniques that may soothe this condition?

mastrubation and finding a partner to help you.
Now, I'm not being sarcastic. It might just be that you aren't getting the same level of satisfaction you used to and your body has built up its desire and you just need a way to release it.
You could try some e-sex with members here and see if that helped.

I've been waiting patiently month after month hoping that this is just a phase, but no luck. I mean, I've always had a very healthy libido, but this is a little overboard.

In all honesty, right now is causing me more problems than what I would like to have, so if anyone knows of a magic pill or a soothing tea or relaxing exercises or whatever, please let me know.

Thanks anyway for the tip, I'll try the rope since I don't have a threadmill at home.
