We'd you get that idea. That stats I've seen is just the opposite. That was one of the arguments for absenteeism

These assholes will tell you anything to push their abstenance agenda. ITS UNTRUE. Yes you don't have a chance of pregnancy, but contraception, if used properly is quite effective, and there are STDs. But as far as a strong relationship and solid marriage, waiting for marriage is bullshit.

Not statistically based, but an argument on why those stats might be a little misleading.
So I just did a quick, and this is what I found.
As someone who's been divorced, I will say the idea of living with someone before I get married again is more appealing, but we should be aware of what the facts actually are.

having no such bindings, I did not see it necessary or normal as per modern society to refuse premarital sex.
my girlfriends mother asked her if she'd buy a car without test driving it. same reason i wouldnt get married before having sex with a particular person. you want a marriage to work, why wouldnt you check compatibility on every level?
