I'm 20 and been going out with my girlfriend for a little more than a year. We've taken sex seriously and haven't jumped right into it, waited more than 5 months for it too. I can last like 5 to 6 hours every time sex happens. Problem is I never came once. Not even my first time, and yes this is the girl that's taken my virginity. I honestly don't know what's wrong. I love this girl with all my heart, find her amazingly attractive, a great personality. I don't have any stress or worries. I just can't find that arousal that she does all the time.
My friend recommended I try something new in bed and I experiment a lot, but still nothing. I've been masturbating since 13 or 14 years old, and I take it that I did it too much lol. That's the only way I can get off.
Has anyone had this problem? Any way or steps you took to solve it? I don't care how crazy it is, any advice helps. And many thanks in advance : )

go work out at the gym for an hour. you get blood flowing and your testosterone levels naturally rise. my sex drive itself is pretty intense since i've started working out 2-3 times a week.

For both men and women a key to orgasm is relaxation and letting yourself feel it without your mind being clouded.
Try skipping the masturbation like the others said and just tell her to let go and do so yourself. Explore her body, everything, go where you didn't before, she is yours remember.
Just try and relax, let the sensations take over.
