Do you drink , smoke or take drugs (prescribed or not)?
Are you stressed out? Bored?
Guys lose some of their sexual ability as they move away from age 19-21...it is normal progression of life.
Have you had a good physical lately to include blood work? You could be lacking vitamins. Many people do not have enough vitamin D, calcium, zinc and others. Also your testosterone level could be low. There also could be the beginning of a minor health issue that could be easily corrected. Be sure you discuss sex problems with your Doctor...it is covered under most health plans...if you are lucky enough to have one.. Gregorio

Do you wake up with "morning wood?" If so, it is probably not a physical problem. Age can affect it. I am 69 and it sometimes takes manual stimulation to get me hard (also due to some meds I am taking). But I'll still wake up with a boner quite often.
