I am not quite sure what the implications are... True, urine is sterile when first expelled, but vaginal flora could be easily altered to form a yeast infection. I gather that chances would be minimal though...
I cannot think of any other health issue that you might consider. Good luck and let us know...

Strange as it seems I do have a little experience with this. A blind girl was living with a girlfriend who lived in a trailer behind a bar I hung out at. If the girlfriend had a man over the blind girl stayed at an abandoned house next to the bar. She was a not bad looking red head who was blind from birth. One night I helped her over to the house and we got it on. When I finished she ask me to pee in her and I did. Boy she went nuts. Had a massive orgasm.
