“How to stop Masturbation”

This is a common practise amongst young people starting from the
adolescence age. What is MASTURBATION? This is defined as
self-stimulation to arouse sexual pleasure. When one touches
oneself in a manner that arouses him/her in order to have a
climax, that person is said to have masturbated. Both boys and
girls with adults inclusive have one way or the other in their
lives practiced it.
One survey carried out showed that over 60% of men practiced
it while women were a bit less in the act.
What are the reasons for one masturbating?
The reasons are not far fetched, they exist everyday of our lives
as we walk, communicate; work, go to school, you name it.
Some of the major reasons are:
· Inferiority complex: This is by far the most serious cause,
the inability of a person to communicate what’s on his/her
mind because he/she feels that he/she may be turned down
or rejected, so there’s this feeling of rejection and inability to
fit into a group. This is mostly common among teenagers
and sometimes adults. They tend to withdraw to themselves
unknowingly and before long may turn out to become nerds.
· Excess pornographic viewing: this is another cause of
masturbation. Most people after watching a handful of
porn films may not have any girl available at that moment
to ease themselves on because they are now fully aroused
and it’s now making them uncomfortable. Some who work
in the office may run to he loo and have a jerk off.
· Daydreaming: A person may have lustful desires towards
another person, either a guy to a girl or the reverse, and
may not be able to reach out to the person directly due to
several reasons, so what these people do is that if they get
hold of a picture of their dream guy or girl, many stimulate
themselves to excitation while imagining making love to
· Erotic Books and magazines: They also contribute a great deal.
After viewing the contents in these materials, one may begin to
develop lustful desires and it could end up in one masturbating.
So what’s the effect?
The greatest effect of masturbation is that it makes one to be
selfish without knowing it directly. Most people who carry out
the practice are never romantic lovers; they usually have
terrible relationships because they find it hard communicating
with their lovers. They cannot touch another person because
of the fear of rejection even if it may not be the case.
So masturbation develops self induced FEAR and fear is a destroyer,
so avoid the practice now.
It makes ones emotions to depreciate drastically in that if a
friend is having problems in a romantic relationship, the person
cannot be of any help due to lack of emotions.
So how can you say GOODBYE to masturbation?
The sure formula to stop it is “Keeping Busy”. This method which
I recommended to a lot of persons have worked over time and
not one person has come back to say it didn’t work. Well that’s
So why do I say keep busy?
When you keep yourself busy with profitable things, you tend to
avoid all vices of stimulation. When you do the things which I
mentioned above, you tend to have a mental picture of it in
your brain which passes it on to your subconscious mind
and from there, it spurs you to action.
When you fill your mind with other things other than sexually
oriented thoughts, you tend to be less excited. It has being
proven that when your body is idle, your sexual hormones
become active but when you are active/ busy, they are passive.
This shows that activity and sex hormones work vice versa.
So are you to work all day just to stop masturbating?
The sure answer is NO. You don’t need to do that to stop the act,
but a good labour would sure "wear" out your body that by the time
you stop working, or close for the day, you’ll be too tired to even
think of anything offensive. Read books that is brain tasking to
keep your brain busy and your thoughts in order so they don’t stray.
With these, I think you’re just okay and well equipped to eliminate
the practice and become a great lover.
