Start with a baseline that when she answers your question she might actually be giving you something that's worth working with her on.

How often is the problem the woman doesn't know how to get herself off compared to not being ready to let go with her partner then?

Haven't gone past this point with her yet but I'll be patient, though I feel guilty that she doesnt get to finish like I do even though I'm more than happy to please her. So I guess she's not quite ready to push into the 'unknown'

I wouldn't blame it on yourself or worry about it...whatever feelings they do get are enough to satisfy them. If it is a pee problem, have her pee first, get a big towel and tell her to relax. Also remember lube...there can be dry spots.

Maybe it really is just so intense that she can't handle the stimulation. She may get too sensitive and overstimulated.
Maybe pause, do something else, and go back to what you were doing after giving her a few minutes to recover.
