Tips and Tricks anyone?

During the act itself, I sometimes lose my concentration, don't know, start thinking about something else or simply get too much into the thing lolz. So naturally, I blow my load. Now don't get me wrong, my average first load lasts me about 30-40 mins, takes me about 10-15 mins afterwards to get it hard again, then it's round two. She sometimes looks dissapointed... I can understand her. My question is, does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to last a bit longer (first time, I mean)? Or maybe a way to get harder for the second time quiker? Perhaps something to set my mind on, or not to set my mind on? Anything really would be much appreceated. Thanks in advance.

However, there are ways to keep your interest up. Talk to each other about how it feels, etc., as you go. Change positions every so often during the session. Use a position where you can kiss, or where your hands and/or her hands are free for caressing.
Also, talk to her about this sometime when you're not having sex. Every couple needs to communicate about these things. You shouldn't have to look for clues. You say she looks disappointed, but you should hear from her how she really feels.
Hope that gets you started. Good luck.

I am guessing here, of course, but it sounds to me she is perhaps like many women that can't orgasm from PIV sex alone. Maybe you need to pay more attention to her clit - for example, if you are doing "doggie" reach around and stroke her clit while you are going at it.

*WARNING: doing the above gives way to the possibility of going deeper into the vagina possibly causing intense pain.

there are ways to have orgasms without cumming. I'm 23, and I've managed to figure it out..Male orgasms aren't actually a part of ejaculation, the orgasm comes from tightening in the muscles of the penis. There is no way I could possibly explain how to do this on a forum but I promise you I konw from experience it can be done. I researched it alot and then practised it with an understanding girlfriend, though most girls are pretty into helping you learn this since it will make you last longer AND it's a great addition to the whole birth control thing..
so yah, read up, you'll find it, and it's really smart to learn this young, as you'll feel very confident in bed since most guys our (my) age aren't exploring these sorts of practises..I wish I could help more so these are just a few things that you may notice
1) if you're trying to stop yourself from exploding, holding those muscles that we hold, make sure to flex your rectum like you're trying not to poo, it really really really helps,
2) breath, and relax
3) this won't help unless you're actually looking for it. But I noticed that when I cum my stomach tightens up just before, you need that to be relaxed in order to have an orgasm without cumming..
but yah seriously look into this, it's awesome. One great thing is that when you have your orgasm you do NOT lose your drive, because you still have the baby batter on the brain, so you'll end up being a more attentive lover, you're also a lot less tired after sex I've been doing it so long I only cum like once every 2 weeks, otherwise like I had said before it will make you a more attentive lover and BIRTH CONTROL BIRTH CONTROL BIRTH CONTROL..
don't count on it 'til you're VERY confident with it (for birth control), as a friend pointed out to me there is always a chance something can leak out, but the same is true for condoms and I'm sure you still wear those.
take care/ good luck
