I don't squirt but I make a puddle. I am generally pretty moist but if I'm really turned on I can drip or even develop a slight stream of juicyness.

we don't bother with the towel anymore usually, we've grown accustomed to sleeping in the puddle. got a waterproof mattress cover when we got our new bed, well worth the hundred bucks.

I'm not a squirter (yet), but I do often get very, very wet and juicy down there. I can become very slick and slippery - sometimes to the point where during sex there is almost no friction, and my SO has said that during sex when I'm that wet he almost can't feel anything and finds it difficult to cum, which can be a negative thing.
It's true that the sexual fluids can pool underneath us during sex. Either running down from my pussy over my ass crack and leaving a puddle on the bed. Or if I'm on top (with gravity's help) running out of me and down over his balls and soaking the sheets.
Long answer short - yes, you can make a wet mess without squirting.
Now, is the wetness actually "cum"? That I don't know. I'd definitely say it's at least the natural "lubricant" that we (as women) produce in order to be physically ready for sex. And the final puddle could be some of his pre-cum or cum, especially if you're on top when he cums inside you and gravity causes the cum to flow down out of you. Maybe non-squirters have their own version of something that could be called "cum," but I don't know for sure.
