Back on topic I've seen 'strips' to be attatched to noses, and also oils you can drip on your pillow, wondered if anyone has tried those, do they work?

Intresting info cool it got fixed, I've heard different people have different causes yours was nasal, and yes throat can also be in the equation.
What is bizarre if you think about it, why do people snoring not wake themselves up, volumes of over 100 decibels have been recorded from folk snoring, as loud as a jack-hammer, ouch!

I used to snore terribly loud when I was a kid but went to an ENT specialist and found out I had oversized adanoids, so they took them out.

Dad would wake with bruised shins! Worked out it was mum kicking lol!
I know there is an op to cut away some soft palate if it is the cause....
