Best Way To Get Rid of Smegma?

Hate to have to start this thread but here goes.
My last post consisted of me stating best way to clean penis to prevent that smell.
Since then i've made it a staple routine in my shower every morning to really go in there and clean with soap my penis, all around and also pull in the skin back (uncircumcised) and washing away. At first and at the time of my last thread I only had body wash so used that. It was okay and definitely got rid of the scent, however the smegma remained. Since then I visited my local super walmart store and purchased a standard bar of soap..........with aloe Vera. Of course. (smiles).
The smegma goes away for the most part, however at the start of the head of the penis, the portion that is most deeply covered when the skin goers the head of my penis, rests smegma, that I just can't get rid of. I'm hoping the answer is that I'm not being abrasive enough. At first I was gonna post on here saying that area was much to sensitive but since have grown a pair and really attempted to wipe away that area...however to non avail considering the smegma is still there. It looks like say, numerous small microscopic ready to pop pimples, with the white little dots there. Bad analogy nevertheless but I think you get the idea. This is at the start of the penis head...right where the head begins.
Any help is honestly, truly appreciated.
I've foregone sex simply cause I wanna tackle this issue before having sex with any particular girl for the first time. I'm sure if the room is darkly lit she would hardly notice it...which leads me to believe a BJ would perhaps get rid of it. But ew...even though its a small amount I still don't wanna do that.

Smegma can be referred to the almost creamy sometimes hard residue around and under the foreskin.
It is not normally stuck on or hard to remove from the skin.
If smell is being generated, then it may well be a bacterial infection which may require antibiotics to kill.
As you have cleaned the area well but the problem remains, it may well be something more complex.
Have you looked up stds (sex transmitted diseases)? Are the mark/lumps small like blisters, if so then they are genital warts.
I can only advise on those, as they are the only std I have ever had.
If indeed you are still a virgin, then it would be highly unlikely to be an std.
If you still wish to try cleaning the area, try using tea tree oil or soap with it in. It has excellent anti-bacterial properties.
Obviously avoid getting soap near the end of your penis or you will end up with cystitis.
I'm not the best person to advise on this really, as I have been circumsised since I was about 7!
Hope this advice helps.

If that is the case you will need to go to your doctor for yeast infection before anymore sexual contact with anyone,
If your with a partner get them to the docs aswell.
