I find it that it helps a lot, especially for women. It's like night and day between women who masterbate and women who don't masterbate.

*Plenty of foreplay. Try fingering her until she cums at least. Oral sex is great also, the longer the better.
*Use a lube. I reccomend the KY spray. Don't get the warming one, that makes my girl burn inside. Start with regular.
*let her be on top. Her own pace. I've only been with 3 girls, 2 were long time girlfriends, both virgins. Thats what they both did and enjoyed it.
But most of all you want to make sure she's emotionally ready. Don't try and push her, or she'll hate you for the rest of her life. I'd reccomend to try the foreplay for a while... how long have you two been together? Both my ex and my current girl we were together 6 months or more before we had sex, but there was plenty of foreplay in the ~6 months prior. Don't rush it, and don't do it if you're not wiling to be her first.

The girl just needs to, from the info that we have here, learn how to relax when it comes to sex matters.
Liquor usually works for me so that's the only reason I reccomended it. But only if it's the final option.
