i cant believe no ones going to jail for this. looks like criminally negligent homicide to me.

There was 3 young girls and 1 male that took part and 2 of the girls ended up being addmited to hospital as they had sat on the ice so long it had blistred there back sides and caused them to come out in sores
I think its one thing doing endurance compertitions but they need to check the dangers of them before doing them

Now, if they were aware of the danger, and did not inform the contestant of it, that would be different. There really aren't enough details to form an intelligent opinion on this, and obviously not enough negligence on the part of the employees to warrant a criminal investigation. I imagine she signed a release form.
You would hope that the employees did the contest without their superiors being aware of it, however it is more likely that they signed off on it, and are now covering their own asses by firing people.
