For me local anesthetic is the go. Less risk than a full anesthetic.
And you still blow a full load afterwards. Check out my pics for proof of that.

I'm booked into the doctors for just a consultation but from what I've read so far it lookes like the nonscalpel op is the way I would go if I decide to get it done , it cost a bit more but is ment to recover quicker
Lookes like I've got some thinking to do, and thanks again for the replys

I would do it again if I had to. It was worth every bit of it. It was the best thing we had ever done for our relationship. I figured that my wife had gone through having two babies that it was my turn to do something. It was WELL worth it.

If you opt to get it done, then I recommend having it done before a three-day weekend (or take off some time) to give yourself time to recover. Gather around your couch some enjoyable snacks and entertainment (video games, movies, whatever) that won't require you to move much. Get a few small bags of frozen peas, too. This sounds funny, but it truly works. For the first day or so, you're going to want to apply cold packs to the area. Small bags of frozen peas work wonderfully for this, since they are cold and yet very flexible. Rotate them as long as you need them, freezing at least one bag while using one. Also, if you wear boxers, then you might want to get some briefs or boxer-briefs to keep everything snug for the first few days. Swinging free right after the operation apparently hurts.
