This is supported by the Journal of Urology that in several issues 1996, 1997, 2003 has run studies on penis size that confirmed flaccid size was unrelated to erection size.
Now while based upon averages a human increases in size approximately from 100% to approximately 150-170% of flaccid size.
I.e European average flaccid length of 4 to European average erect length of 6.
The colloquial term for those who are small flaccid and grow larger when erect are "growers" those who are large flaccid and grow only slightly are "shower".
The only issue you would have medically is if you feel light headed, or if you feel pain when getting erect, or if you feel pain in the chest when getting erect.
The only real issue is your penis is more dependant upon high blood flow to make you erect, meaning you have a fractional increase in your risk of developing high blood pressure, but not enough of an increase to be medically dangerous.
