What do you think about this product?
Do you think it really work as they say?
Can there be any side effect in taking the pills?
And the most important question-
Do you think , there is really a need to enlarge the penis in this artificial way?
What are your opinions?

Surgery can be effective, but is not without risks such as loss of function, disfigurement, or even a smaller size than before the procedure. But it is very expensive, long painful recovery, and decidedly MIXED (at best) results. Furthermore, it may be just fine for a few years or even a decade...but the fat tissue that was inserted can shift and clump together to disform the penis. There was a procedure a couple years ago that had alot of promise and alot of good reviews at first, but last I heard one or two issues popped up with the latest patients....It was a silicone implant that goes around the penis under the skin sort of like a sleeve. Dr. Elist was the name of the guy who developed it, and touted that it's the only FDA-approved penis enlarging apparatus....but don't quote me on that.
There are PE excercises that are effective at increasing length and girth, but require real dedication and take a long while of said consistent dedication to get results. While increased girth can be attained, it is generally considered easier to increase length. Also important is to have realistic tempered expectations. You wont go from 4" long to 8". You wont got from 4.75" girth to 6.5" girth. But if you stick with it and are tolerant of a slow gradual increase over the span or 6 months, then 1 year, then 2 years, you can have notable and measurable gains.

There is about only 1 condition I could theoretically admit pills would work, and that would be if your body failed to produce the required hormones when you were maturing to allow for full growth. Hormone replacement would be strictly monitored and administered by a doctor in this case, and the results would be very slow. From what I have read the very few instances of such hormonal imbalances, hormone replacement therapy was only able to produce a penis of about average proportions.
Further, I've said this before, never take pills without consulting a doctor. If you really want to spend money on penis enlargement pills, there may be a few that are FDA approved and dispensable at a pharmacy (real one, not online) which would come with reasonable expectations and proper monitoring. Taking something sold to you on the net is akin to taking a pill you were given by some guy on the street. You wouldn't do that, so please don't do this.

There are so many of these schemes. I remember watching the news and some guy who was buying vitamin supplements from a local store and selling it as herbal viagra online.

You have what you have. I agree with this poster. Enjoy life, what you have, and forget the gimmicks. Life is too much fun for that!
