How often do you exercise?

Everyone knows that there is nothing better than exercise to keep oneself healthy and fit.
I exercise nearly everyday to stay healthy and fit. I don't get much time to do aerobics, yoga and others everyday but I manage to take out at-least and hour in the evening for my dance practice.
I am a trained ODISSI DANCER (one of the Indian classical dance) and Indian classical dancings are very good exercise to maintain your figure and stay healthy and fit.
What about you?
How often and what exercise you do?

Its a journey of just over 3 miles, I do it in 40 mins, three times a week. I've managed to lose weight and I feel fitter too!
I drive a desk all day for a living so the walk does me good!

So I'm frustrated with where I am and decided to stop half assing it and work out 6 days a week. Plan is an hour of weight training in the morning, followed by 45 minutes of cardio and 10-15 min of stretching. After work 2-3 hours of walking which will be in the 6-10 mile range. Do that every weekday, bike/walk/play football on saturdays and rest sunday. Combine that with cleaning up my diet and not drinking until I've lost the weight and I'll be good to go

I feel so guilty when I don't take the dogs out, it's not really for myself so much as them. But lately with 9 horses I am too exhausted to motivate myself, so we play ball or frisbee (and on really hot days, play in the hose/sprinkler) out in the yard instead.
I like to think I get more than enough exercise shoveling poop, hefting hay bales, and riding. I'm pretty sure that burns more calories than walking does.
What can I say, my life revolves around my animals. Literally.
