The only thing in this world is whether you believe in yourself or not. What you think and believe, and what you want is what will appear on the outside.
You cant continue living how you always have, but only eat a little less and do some small exercises and lose weight like that. Your body will never change if your mentality is the same, even if you hardly eat and exercise to death.
you want to look slim, change your mind and live as a slim person, believe in yourself, and realize you can do it just like anyone else, and that on one is really any better than you, and then, your weight will lessen and lessen over time normally.

I agree that talking to a doctor is a good idea - not because I think you're suicidal but because there might be medication that can help you before you consider something as serious as surgery.

I think all women have body image issues and that as long as these do not impact on your daily functioning (ie; family and workcommitments) or lead to depression, that they are 100% normal.
The impotrant thing is to be PRO ACTIVE in the way you view yourself. As long as you are actively doing something to change the way you feel - you are on your way to solving the problem.

The interesting thing that many people forget is that with a little self esteem comes the very strong desire to look even better.
do whatever works and I think you will see miracles.

I hope you are able to find something that works for you, and that you can feel comfortable in your own skin, I think we all struggle with some kind of image issue, but I really hope your able to find something that works for you and will boost your confidence .

I suggest you check out the Female Members forum. There are many many women posting pics on this site who don't have "perfect" bodies, and they have pages and pages of praise and encouragement from members.

I guess the point I'm trying to make, is, that the most sensual part of a woman is not her body...it's her mind...

Cut out the chips, soda, fast food, fried food and go with a high protein diet. Start exercising as much as you can handle and work up to higher loads. Stick with it you are not going to make results over night. Give yourself 6 months of hard work and you will be surprised the results you will see.
