If you smoke, drink or do non prescription drugs in any degree, or are out of shape physically at ANY age after puberty..... all can REDUCE performance.
The length issue....Guys wishing for longer penises ...it just isn't happening or you would see the news plastered on your favorite newspaper. If your mate wants longer, have them go elsewhere. A short penis can do just fine.
Pills that increase the supply of blood to the penis, CAN make it a little bigger soft and hard, but when you stop the pills, it returns to its original size.. Manufacturers of these products hope that you just keep using them and keep looking in the mirror..
The big three enhancers work well, but at some ungodly cost...usually $10 a piece. They make sex possible where it could never be done before. If you do NOT qualify in a physical for the big three, you probably should not take ANY enhancer. Natural enhancers CAN work and help out, but do you want to take a pill EVERY time you want sex? And there are side effects to most pills. And possible long term effects to an otherwise healthy person..
It's a trial and error process for each person. Most guys accept the risks and don't mind a few side effects.
All guys should know that their performance will get less as time goes on. For many, simply more foreplay makes up the difference.
Much of the performance issues that guys have result from being simply nervous. Others are a result of expecting too much from a penis that simply needs a little rest in between rounds. Sometimes, a little lube really helps.

You've been spending too much time at truck stops.
The best aphrodisiac is paying attention to one another's needs, accepting them, and, acting upon them.

There are quite a few herbal products that claim to increase libido via increasing the levels of free testosterone in the blood. Examples include, maca, horny goat weed, tribulus, rhodiola rosea, avena sativa, tongkat ali, etc.
There are products that enhance bloodflow. I think it is pretty clear yohimbe works in that regard. L-arginine also may be of benefit (I love it).
A good way to enhance stamina is to actually reduce parts of a man's libido. Oddly in many places ephedrine is still over the counter. Many men anecdotally report a loss of libido using it. It seems to take them longer to nut. I definitely agree with that assessment.
I suspect anti-depressants that are otc might have an effect as well. Also things that can block dht might lower libido. Even saw palmetto at an appreciable dose could have that effect.
